Question:  What type of products do you manufacture?

Answer:  We can manufacture almost anything. Primarily, we machine parts to customer's specific requirements.  We can produce one part or millions of parts.

Question: What quantities of products can you produce?

Answer: We can produce as few as one to millions.

Question: What is the normal lead time for orders?

Answer: 2-6 weeks normally, except in extreme cases we can ship in 1-2 days.  We work within the schedules provided by our clients.

Question: Will you work with me to develop a custom designed product?

Answer: Yes, we specialize in custom jobs and we offer our engineering services to help design products for better manufacturing and greater cost savings.

Question:  What types of purchase orders do you accept?

Answer:  We accept blanket purchase orders with multiple releases and individual orders.

Question:  How did Six B get it’s name?

Answer: Six members of the Ballard family formed the company more than thirty years ago.  The six members were Paul, Marlene, Ed, Dan, Sue and Amy.

Question:  Do you offer any value-added services?

Answer:  Yes, we do.  We can provide products to you after they have been heat treated, plated and/or powder coated. Just ask if you need a secondary operation performed and it is not listed.
